Best One Frozen Brussel Sprouts (500g)
Boil from frozen in 5 mins. 1 of 5 a day per 80g. Freshly frozen for great quality. Source of fibre.
Boil – From Frozen: Remove required amount from packaging. Place sprouts into saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer covered until tender. Medium heat 5 mins Drain and serve.
Cooking Instructions – General: For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost adjust the cooking times accordingly. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Microwave – From Frozen: Add 160g (2 servings) of sprouts and 1 tbsp. (15ml) of water into a microwavable dish, cover and vent. Cook on full power. 700W – Cat B 4 1/2 mins 800W – Cat D 4 mins 900W – Cat E 3 1/2 mins Stir halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain and serve.
